hey boos! back with another post and this one we are getting more in depth with me, so i am currently trying to get back active in the fitness world its been about two years since I've been active. i have played softball since i was 4 years old and sometimes play year round on outside teams so i have always been fit and active. well my senior year of hight school i messed up my shoulder and i developed a hear condition that stopped me from playing and was told they didn't recommend me being very active after wearing a heart monitor to track my activity. it was very depressing because i wanted to play ball in college and continue on. so i did do much for a while i was doing at home workout ands going to the gym. i also moved around a lot and it has stopped me. recently over the past few months i gained 15 pounds weighing in at 140lbs which my trainer told me not to look ak numbers which you shouldn't! it won't help in the process so what she did was measure my fat and muscle mass. so i am currently 36% fat.. which she said is normal but she wants me to get down to 19% so that is my current goal. i don't want to as much lose weight as a goal i want to tone up! I've always been a little toothpick lol and i would love to have a little more meat on my bones lol so i have definitely got that now, but now its time to turn it into muscle and get healthy! so i will bring you all on my journey with fitness and nutrition which my trainer will help me with i have also just been taking notes from other fitness bloggers. so i will do check in sometimes as i do check ins with my trainer and will let you all know how this goes! do you all have any great recipes or workout routines?
also what has helped me get in the mood to work out is of course cute workout gear!! i will be doing some shopping for some and of course i will share. this is the best way to get a fashion lover to workout, cute gear!
